Just an FYI....
I called the college my daughter will be attending this fall and found out that the final financial aid determination was being held due to not receiving transcripts. I spoke to the vice principal at Tennent 7/12/2012 and was told there was a glitch in the program and not all transcripts had been sent out. They are working on the solution and wanted me to call back on Monday the 16th. The woman in charge of the procedure was on vacation. They know there is a problem and no one there was fixing it?
If anyone is having a delay in financial aid please call the college and make sure it isnt because they are waiting for your child's transcripts.
This may delay my daugher's financial aid decision before money is due. I am very frustrated with Tennent. I believe they should notify each student that is affected.

The problem experienced in attempting to process your child's transcript has been resolved. While the secretary reponsible for finalizing your request was on vacation for part of last week, our IT Department was actively working on resolving the problem. A solution was reached today.
