Clocks 'Fall Back' 1 Hour Tonight
Daylight Saving Time ends, officially, at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4.
Time will “fall back” overnight Saturday, as Daylight Saving Time ends, officially, at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4.
Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour. Many electronic devices automatically adjust when Daylight Savings Time begins or ends.
When you change your clocks, it’s also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and check to make sure the device is in working order.
Interesting fact: Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Savings Time.
Daylight Saving time will begin again on March 10, 2013.

if those states don't observe it why is it necessary as they get along without it...what time would it be if we never started daylight saving time?
