An empty lot sits where just two weeks ago a derelict house stood behind the Southampton Train Station. The house was used recently for fire department training and was taken down as part of an upcoming construction project.

Many are wondering why Mr. Toner also removed trees and brush from SEPTA's property and damaged a battery box on railroad property that dated back to the 1930's. Apparently he doesn't have permits to do this work, and also violated environmental laws by not having a silt fence in place. If he doesn't know where the property line is, how good are these houses going to be?
