I agree with LBJ. They should fill this in before the breeding grounds or worse yet a child gets hurt playing in it after school hours.

It smells like a garbage dump. Mosquitos and dragon flies all over. Balls keep going in there. Cannot get the smell off your hands and feet. It is gross!! Look under mulch you can see some kind of material blocking weeds and it is keeping the water from draining. No one seems to care. No one is doing anything about it. It is right next to all the kids playing. Someone is going to get sick and then lets see what happens
