Arrest
700 block of Street Road
Tuesday, May 1, 9:10 a.m.
Vladimir Chumakov, 24, of Philadelphia, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Street Road when police allege he falsely identified himself to officers. Chumakov was arrested for false identification to law enforcement and several motor vehicle violations. Charges to proceed as a summons.
