Armed Robbery Probed at Huntingdon Valley Citgo Station

Police were seen searching the area surrounding the gas station with flashlights at 11:20 p.m. Saturday.

The CITGO gas station at the corner of Huntingdon Pike and Byberry Roads in Lower Moreland Township was robbed just after 10 p.m. this evening, according to multiple sources.

Montco Alerts tweeted that police are searching for a 20 to 25-year-old white male who is approximately 5-foot-8 and of medium build with a goatee.

Earlier scanner reports said that at time of the incident the robber was wearing a black mask with a white hoodie, blue jeans and had a black semi-automatic handgun.
