Subway Sued Over Sandwich Length

Two men from New Jersey have sued Subway because they say the footlong sandwiches measure less than 12 inches.

If you're headed to Subway bring your appetite -- and your ruler.

That's if you pay as close attention to the size of your sandwich as two New Jersey men, who are suing the fast food chain because they say the advertised footlong sub is just shy of 12 inches.

According to NBC 10, the lawsuit was filed this week. The plantiffs, John Farley of Evesham and Charles Noah Pendrack of Ocean City, said they measured 17 Subway footlong sandwiches and all were not quite 12 inches.

This is straight up retarded. These two guys should be publicly flogged.

The fact that one guy said "Hey I'm going to measure sandwiches..." okay fine want to be an idiot, great. But the buddy that said "dude awesome idea." He should get double flogged.
