Cleaning out the fridge after losing power? Don't haul those cans to the curb just yet.

Trash will not be collected in the township on Friday.

The township recently posted a notice on their website stating trash collection in Southampton has been moved to Saturday, due to the storm.

Thanks for the update. Does that include recycling?

Yes, I do believe it is both trash and recycling.

Any news on yard waste pickup? It still has not been taken, and there are no notices about moving the pickup from Nov. 5th to another day. With the rain coming tomorrow, it's going to create quite a mess.

Earlier this evening, the chairman of the township's board of supervisors suggested that residents call the township building tomorrow if your yard waste has not been collected. The number is 215-322-9700.
