Warrant, Vehicle Theft Charges on Street Road

Upper Southampton Police arrested two men in separate incidents on Wednesday.

 

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department:

Arrest: Wanted Person

1700 Street Road

Wednesday, Feb. 13, 11:57 a.m.

A 28-year-old Fallisington man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sherrif's deputies. 

Arrest: Theft

Street and Davisville Roads

Wednesday, Feb. 13, 4:35 p.m.

A 24-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly took a car from family members several days earlier. Police said they spotted him driving the car, stopped him and then arrested and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of controlled substances and DUI. He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
