Klinger's first Mini-Thon was a big success!

Klinger’s Builders Club members and friends not only met but beat the amount their advisors anticipated they would raise for The Four Diamonds Fund. On February 14th, 147 sponsored students participated in a dance mini THON, modeled after the popular Penn State 48-hour THON. Klinger students were required to remain on their feet for two hours, alternating between fast-paced dancing and competitive physical challenges. Prizes were awarded to game winners and to several who raised the highest amount of money for this very worthy cause. The event ran smoothly and advisors Heather Harper and Laura Brannen are already brainstorming how to make next year’s Mini-Thon even more productive. The Four Diamonds Fund assists children with cancer through research and financial assistance.
