Cleaning out the fridge after losing power? Don't haul those cans to the curb just yet. Trash will not be collected in the township on Friday. The township recently posted a notice on their website stating trash collection in Southampton has been moved to Saturday, due to the storm. 
Getting stir-crazy from sitting inside with no power? Need somewhere to take the kids on the day off from school? Power was restored to the Southampton Free Library overnight Wednesday, and the library reopened Thursday morning. According to a post on the library's facebook page, the library is open but the computers are down so Internet access is unavailable.
Can you see any flooding, downed trees, wires or any damage from Hurricane Sandy? Have you been evacuated and are at a local shelter?  We are looking for people to provide a service, and inform the readers about the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
