DESCRIPTION:Second Saturday Hatboro is held on the second Saturday of eve
 ry month from noon to 6 p.m.\, bringing a &ldquo\;Celebration of the Art
 s&rdquo\; to the borough&rsquo\;s business district.\nOn the second Satu
 rday of every month\, downtown Hatboro will come alive with activity\, a
 s stores\, restaurants and service providers host live music\, art and c
 ultural events\, all free to the public. The event replaces First Friday
  Hatboro.\n&nbsp\;In the planning stages since last November\, Second Sa
 turday Hatboro is being organized by a committee of business owners\, re
 sidents\, and directors of the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce under
  whose auspices it operates.\nSpecial posters bearing the Second Saturda
 y Hatboro logo will be displayed in the windows of participating busines
 ses who will be hosting activities and running special business promotio
 ns.\nAmong the activities scheduled are &ldquo\;Stolen Moments\," a five
 -piece jazz quintet\, &ldquo\;Mojo and Helper Monkees\,&rdquo\; a rock a
 nd roll band\, and an Elvis impersonator.\nHatboro&rsquo\;s business dis
 trict includes establishments along York Road and its side streets\, fro
 m just south of Horsham Road at the south end of the borough\, to just a
 bove Summit Avenue at the north end.\nA full schedule of Second Saturday
