Community Update

We attended the Planning Committee meeting 1-13-14 in the library.  Representatives from Delaware Valley Residential Care, cancelled at the last minute, & 60 plus concerned citizens & the board were left with no agenda for the evening.  We managed to turn it into a question & answer session on the DVRC plan to build a traumatic brain injury facility, in a highly residential community.  We  residents have many safety concerns, as well as, water (wetland area), traffic & reduced property value, issues.  We have learned our best hope in preventing this plan, is to obtain a lawyer, who has experience, in these types of litigations. This however, could be very expensive & the cost difficult to divide fairly. 
Therefore, we (concerned residents), are asking if anyone, is, or knows, of a lawyer who would be interested & willing to help or advise us as we strive to maintain our neighborhoods.
