The Church of the Redemption is offering a free healthy heart seminar for women this Saturday at 10 a.m.
A guest speaker will present a program filled with various topics surrounding heart health.
Topics will include:
- Heart attack symptoms
- Differences between women and men
- Risk factors for heart disease
- Lifestyle changes for heart health
- Healthy snack options
- Exercise
The program will be presented in the church's library.
