The average tax payer will get a refund of about $3,000, according to UPI, and a survey says that nearly 80 percent of us will spend it in some way. So, the real question is, what to spend it on?

If you are an American taxpayer, then maybe you’re also considering using that refund on an American car.  Here is a list from autos.aol.com of all-American, muscle cars that will give the economy, as well as your morning commute, a boost.
