Giant Food Stores Now Accepts American Express

Giant Food Stores began accepting American Express credit cards on April 22.

Giant Food Store announced that all locations began accepting American Express credit cards as a form of payment to continue their ongoing efforts to provide customers with additional payment choices when they grocery shop.

“In these busy times, choice is high on the shopping lists of our customers, and we now offer another payment option for our customers when they visit our stores,” said Rick Herring, Division President of Giant Carlisle.

“American Express is thrilled to work with Giant… to bring their shoppers greater choice in how they want to pay,” said Vinent Campana, Vice President and General Manager, National Client Group at American Express.

To commemorate the event, American Express will make a $50,000 contribution to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Giant’s charity of choice.
