There was not a parking spot left in the lot come dinner time on Monday evening, and patrons filled nearly every seat at Steam, , located at the corner of Second Street Pike and Knowles Avenue.
The bar/restaurant officially opened its doors for lunch earlier Monday afternoon.
"It's been great, we've been pretty busy through the day," said co-owner Paul 'Tubby' Kushner. "We're very excited."
Steam boasts a wide variety of items on its expansive menu, including a long list of draught beers and speciality drinks.
While reservations are currently not accepted, if you call ahead Steam will hold a table for your party for 15 minutes, as a courtesy.
