2. Centennial School District: There is still time to register for The Second Annual William Tennent Cross Country Camp, which begins on Aug. 22. The registration form can be found online.
3. Billboard Number One: Today in 1992, Madonna’s “This Used to Be My Playground” topped the charts. This hit can be found on “The Immaculate Collection,” which is an album that is indelibly burned in my brain.
