5 Things to Know for June 23

5 Things to help make Thursday feel like Friday.

1. Centennial School District: Be sure to read the final budget for 2011 and 2012 to see CSD's allocation of funds for your children's education.

2. USPR: A class where children can learn to create their own 3-D video games will begin this Monday, June 27. Classes will take place  from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the farmhouse at Tamanend Park and run through July 21. Please click page three of the Summer 2011 USPR newsletter for registration information.

3. Billboard Number One: Today in 1951, Nat King Cole’s “Too Young” topped the charts. We all know him for his “L-O-V-E” and “Unforgettable,” but I bet you’ll like this tune too, or perhaps, you are re-living a nice memory.
