: An 18-year-old Churchville man, Brian M. Wladyka, is behind bars after allegedly drinking and driving on two separate occasions this month in Hatboro. Wladyka was arrested on May 24 at 6:11 p.m. after officers investigated reports of a possible intoxicated driver on Horsham Road. A patrol officer located and stopped the vehicle on North York Road and found it was the same vehicle and operator from an alleged DUI hit and run in Hatboro earlier this month. : The Neshaminy Federation of Teachers has said that a "significant" shift in the district's "take it or leave it" approach could keep the schools open.
