Warminster police arrested Miguel Ortiz-Cortez and charged him with indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor after responding to a a report of an assault of a 12-year-old girl at the Bucks Landing Apartments on Wednesday. : Thieves made off with a variety of personal property Sunday night from multiple unlocked vehicles on North Penn Street, Bon Air Avenue and East Monument Avenue, police said.
