: Newtown resident and lifelong baseball fan Rory Doolittle does not just have have one son playing professional baseball—he has two. Doolittle is the father of 25-year-old Oakland Athletics up-and-comer Sean Doolittle. : Who says there's no such thing as a free breakfast? Andy's Diner & Pub on Lincoln Highway in Trevose will be offering customers free breakfast entrees on Thursday between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. The free breakfast is in celebration of the first anniversary of the Bensalem location. : Three renowned and architecturally distinct structures in the Bryn Athyn Historic District, all in exquisite settings, will be illuminated during an evening event June 18 that offers the public free access to explore the sites. Rain date is Wednesday, June 20. : The Central Bucks School Board members will be allowed to participate—and vote—in meetings electronically, even if they aren't physically at the meeting The school board voted to approve a new policy that would allow board members who cannot attend a meeting to participate electronically. : Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo recently spoke with an official from Aqua PA, a Bryn Mawr-based water provider, to show off the town's newest water tower.
