: Bensalem police confirmed reports that shots were fired in Neshaminy Valley on Thursday. Police said no one was injured, but one person is in custody.

: Neshaminy School Board President Ritchie Webb participated in a live online town hall meeting where he compared Neshaminy's contract woes to the Centennial School District.

: One person was killed in a fire at Foxwood Manor Apartments, located at 2180 Veteran Hwy. Crews were dispatched to the blaze shortly before 11:45 a.m.

: Michael Giamo, 29, was convicted in federal court of setting fire to his auto repair shop after falling behind on bills. Giamo could face 15 years to life in prison and a fine up to $2 million.

Douglas Lee Gober II, 21, died in the single car crash. Police said Gober was driving his Jeep Wrangler on Fox Valley Drive when he struck a tree shortly after midnight. Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
