Regional Roundup: Police Release Sketch of Home Invader

Here are some highlights from our region:

: The Lower Southampton Police Department released a sketch of a man they believe broke into a home on February 21.

: The victim, a young boy, told the police that while he was playing in his front yard, a white male driving a van approached him and yelled, "Hey, buddy. Do you want any candy?"  

:  on East Moreland Avenue will be joining  as Hatboro's only smoke-free places to grab a meal and a drink, according to Main Street Manager Stephen Barth.

A developer has submitted a sketch plan to build 33 condominiums in five buildings. Lower Moreland will decide whether or not to grant a hearing to the company to change its zoning to allow the proposal.

: The 11th annual Reading and Writing Women event at Bucks County Community College will be held March 26 in commemoration of Women’s History Month.
