The Great Escape: Cocktails for a Cause

Welcome back to Great Escape, where each week, we’ll tell you about one great idea to give you a much deserved break, and make your life a little easier - maybe a whole lot easier.

This week, an item on the calendar of our friends at Bucks Happening gave us the urge to kill two birds with one stone - a night out and helping local charities.

That's possible at 's "Cocktails for A Cause" from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. There will be $4 specialty cocktails, half-price appetizers and a raffle for a night's stay at the hotel or a $100 gift certificate.

The Brick will donate a portion of the proceeds from "Cocktails For A Cause" to local charities.

Sounds like a fun way to help local charities.
