Afternoon Turnpike Accident Slows Traffic
Shortly before 4 p.m., tow-trucks and an ambulance were dispatched to the highway.
A minor accident caused westbound traffic on the Turnpike in Upper Southampton to come to a slow crawl Friday afternoon.
The accident occured just before the County Line Road overpass bridge shortly before 4 p.m. and forced both lanes of traffic into one.
No word on injuries, but an ambluance was dispatched to the scene, according to county dispatch.
