A 22-year-old Upper Southampton man, charged with felony drug delivery resulting in death, criminal trespassing and several related charges, is set to have his preliminary hearing at Richboro District Court Thursday afternoon.

Luke Edward Bonhage was charged in connection with the death of a 19-year-old female who was found unresponsive on the couch in his parents home on Dennis Road in early December of 2011, according to court records and a report from PhillyBurbs.com.

Text messages show Bonhage and the 19-year-old victim jumped a fence on December 4 at a Southampton auto body shop and retrieved prescription drugs from his car. The vehicle was impounded after he was arrested for DUI earlier in the day, the website and a court docket show.
