Lower Moreland resident is accused of threatening a landscaper with a BB gun.
Lower Moreland resident, James M. Burrows, will be performing 24 hours of community service and paying a $300 fine for a July 3 incident that involved his truck, a BB gun and a landscaper.
According to an article on PhillyBurbs.com, Burrows, of the 3100 block of Maple Rd. in Huntingdon Valley got into a verbal dispute with a landscaper that he claims almost hit his truck with the landscaper's truck door.
According to the article, Burrows followed the landscaper for 3 miles while raising a rifle into the air, which turned out to be a BB gun.
