Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, approximately 4:30 p.m.
Sharon Ann Volio, 42, of Philadelphia, was arrested and charged with retail theft. Volio was arraigned by Judge Baronowski and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail.
