Dinkins, a former music teacher at William Tennent High School, stands accused of several counts related to alleged inappropriate incidents with female students.

Dinkins turned himself over to authorities for arraignment after the Bucks County District Attorney's office issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this year.

According to the affidavit, eight female students ranging in age from 16 to 19 years old accused the high school choral director of inappropriate sexual behavior.

Bail was initally set at $800,000, and Dinkins was incarcerated because of inability to pay the 10 percent bond. In late August, Dinkins' bail was reduced to $500,000.

A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Friday morning in district court in Warminster.
