Spring Forward for Daylight Saving Time

Your clocks "spring forward" an hour Sunday morning.

You know spring is here when daylight saving time begins. Officially, your clocks should "spring forward" an hour at 2 a.m. Sunday. Yep, you lose an hour of sleep.

"Existing data shows that people have poorer self-control when they are tired, so the average 40 minutes lost sleep during the time switch makes people more inclined to waste time while on the clock."

Mostly, it's folks wasting company time online: 'This “cyberloafing” at work increased by 3.1 percent on the Monday after Daylight Saving Time kicks in" Hasham writes.
