Spaghetti Dinner Benefit Cancelled

A spaghetti dinner to benefit Spanish Teacher Ariel Vargas' son, who was recently diagnosed with cancer scheduled for this evening has been cancelled.

Tonight's spaghetti dinner at William Tennent High School has been cancelled due to the weather.

A new date has not been set for the benefit for Landon Vargus, 4-year-old son of Spanish teacher Ariel Vargus.

Landon was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer over the Thanksgiving break. He is currently undergoing chemo and radiation treatments.

The money raised will help the family with transportation and medical bills, as well as to to help if Vargus should need to take a medical leave to help care for his son.

The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for students and $2 for children under 5.
