Volunteers Sought for Centennial Communication Commitee

The committee will meet monthly to exchange ideas and provide suggestions for ensuring that the Centennial community is well-informed.

The following was provided by the Centennial School District:

Eager to share your thoughts and ideas about what Centennial School District can do to improve its communications?  If so, you just might be the ideal candidate for the District’s new Communication Committee.

The Committee will meet monthly to exchange ideas and provide suggestions for ensuring that the Centennial community is well-informed.

While a significant number of District parents have already expressed interest in being selected for the Committee, the District also seeks representatives from these additional stakeholder groups: senior citizens, non-public school representatives, preschool parents, realtors and members of the local business community.

“Communications efforts in Centennial have been viewed as a primary issue for various stakeholder groups.  We have included communication as a high priority goal in our Strategic Plan,” stated Superintendent Dr. Joyce Mundy.

The first Communications Committee meeting will be held on February 6, at 4:30 p.m. in the Administration Building.  If you would like to be considered for the committee, please contact Ms. Andrea DiDio at didian@centennialsd.org. Please include your name, contact information, the stakeholder group you represent, and the reason you are interested in participating.
