Ready for the next step up from water walking? Aqua running is an exercise which minimizes the impact of a typical running program. A great activity to maintain your muscle tone while recovering from an injury. This class includes a running belt and open pool time at the deep end with no instructor.

Location: All aquatics programs are held at Log College Middle School, Norristown Road, Warminster. Operating hours and dates on ALL water sports are subject to change without notice. Pool availability may change due to school district. Certified lifeguard on deck during aquatic programs.
Special Note: Access to the pool is via a wall ladder built into the pool wall, not stairs.
