Fundamentals & Intermediate
Rejuvenate, calm, stretch and strengthen your body and mind with Vinyasa Yoga. Join us for an hour and fifteen minutes of deep breathing, yoga excercises and guided relaxation. Please bring an exercise mat with you. Fundamentals class is geared to beginners and those who wish to reinforce the basics of yoga. Intermediate class will be more varied and vigorous and is geared towards those with a grasp on the basics of yoga. Certified instructor, Max Magee
