SilverSneakers, a product of Healthways, is a program sponsored through Blue Cross and Blue Shield providing FREE exercise for most Medicare Personal Choice 65 and Keystone 65 members, as well as some others. The program enables older adults to take charge of their health and maintain an active, independent lifestyle. Holy Redeemer Health & Fitness Center is a participating facility.
