The Southampton Days Committee recognized several participants for their efforts, following a at the conclusion of the parade on Wednesday.
In the Floats category:
1st Place - Lovenstein Family
2nd Place - Girl Scouts
3rd Place - Concordia Lodge No. 67
In the Organizations category:
1st Place - Southampton Knights Cheerleaders
2nd Place - Action Karate
3rd Place - Boy Scout Troop 400
Each entry in the parade was judged on the following criteria: theme, work and appearance.
In each category, first prize was awarded $150, second prize received $100 and third prize received $75.
