Horrible and unprofessional service. Argumentative, disorganized, lies, false statements, outdated everything (cannot make a copy without carbon paper), unskilled at fixing anything, ruins electronics, falsifies information. How he is even in business is a mystery to me. He is bordering on fraudulent business practices.
I brought in a computer tower for replacement of the hard drive, where Yan
(A & M Electronics) was a listed service provider. The computer was working but the HD was dying. Yan managed to destroy the computer and render it unusable. Yan (A & M Electronics) changed his story multiple times as to why the HD part did not arrive and how he had my computer for almost a month. He had the specs of the computer but managed to get the wrong part several times. He could not hook up my tower to his old outdated monitor because he did not have an adapter or an LCD monitor. This guy is supposed to fix modern equipment? My warranty company called him several times and Yan changed his story each time. When I picked up the computer because it was "ready", I asked to see it on, and Yan said he was in a hurry for a service call and that my computer worked last night. He didn't know if it worked now!!!! Of course, when I got it home, it did not even boot up. He destroyed something so simple to replace! My warranty company has removed him as a service provider. Yan faked a name change to avoid my warranty company.

Avoid A&M at all costs!!! A&M was assigned as service company by the manufacturer for a TV repair under warranty. I knew exactly the parts that had to be replaced on the TV and the manufacturer said the parts and service were 100% included. A&M came to the house when my wife was home and insisted that she needed to get extra service on the TV. Since I am an experienced electronics engineer she called me and put me on the phone. A&M kept insisting we needed extra service (~$100) but would not say what it would entail. I told him to only do the warranty repair and leave. After hanging up he told my wife that we were the only ones to deny the extra service charge and he made my wife so uncomfortable that she texted me to come home immediately. When I arrived he was still trying to force extra charges and could make no explanation as to why any more work was needed. After he left the TV worked after only replacing the parts that the manufacturer had said needed to be replaced.
