Motivators Personal Training
Motivators Personal Training offers fitness training and healthy living seminars. Sessions are offered in 30- or 60-minute workouts, and are supplemented with meal plans, nutritional counseling, evaluations and more. MPT provides seminars that cover topics such as "Nutrition 101," "Fat Loss Principles," "ABSolute Essentials" and "Common Training Mistakes."
