Warminster Police have arrested Sean Paul Foley, of the 400 block of Springfield Road, and charged him with multiple offenses stemming from an alleged robbery of a 7-Eleven over the weekend.
Acting on information provided by an anonymous source, Warminster police have arrested an Upper Southampton resident in connection with a robbery over Memorial Day weekend. Sean Paul Foley, 19, of the 400 block of Springfield Road, was arraigned Tuesday by Judge Jean Seaman. He is charged with multiple counts, including: robbery, making terroristic threats, possession of a firearm, simple assault and receiving stolen property. Foley was unable to post bond on $75,000 bail. He has been remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility. The robbery in question occurred between 7 and 7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 26 at the 7-Eleven store at 220 E. Street Road. The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest 700 block of Street Road Tuesday, May 1, 9:10 a.m. Vladimir Chumakov, 24, of Philadelphia, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Street Road when police allege he falsely identified himself to officers. Chumakov was arrested for false identification to law enforcement and several motor vehicle violations. Charges to proceed as a summons.

The following information was provided by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest Southampton Shopping Center Sunday, Dec. 11 Ernesto Moccia, 45, of Huntingdon Valley, was charged with selling or furnishing liquor or malt brewed beverages to a minor. The arrest stems from an incident on Saturday, Dec. 10. Charges are to proceed as a summons.

Police have charged Benjamin Cohen with the Monday morning robbery of Frankford Cleaners in the Redwood Shopping Center.
A Southampton man was arrested Monday after police say he robbed a local dry cleaning shop earlier that same morning. Police said Benjamin Cohen, 25, of the 600 block of Knowles Avenue, entered Frankford Cleaners in the Redwood Shopping Center around 8:30 a.m, pointed a large socket wrench at the owner and demanded the money from inside the cash registers. According to court documents, Cohen walked around the counter, took all of the paper currency, as well as some quarters, and stuffed them into his pockets, before leaving the store and driving away in a silver SUV. The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest: Assault 700 Block of Second Street Pike Thursday, Nov. 10, 11 p.m. Edwin Eidell-Stoddard, 38, of Southampton, was arrested and charged with simple assault and related offenses following a disturbance on the 700 block of Second Street Pike Thursday night. Eidell-Stoddard was arraigned infront of Judge Peranteau and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $40,000/10 percent bail. Fraud 600 Block of Cedarbrook Road Reported to police on Thursday, Nov. 11 Police are investigating reports from a resident who said their Social Security checks had been diverted to another address without their knowledge.

Carl Wisniewski was arrested after police say he downloaded and shared child pornography over the Internet.
A township resident stands accused of downloading, viewing and sharing more than 100 files of child pornography. Carl J. Wisniewski, 22, of the 900 block of Woodland Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography, sexual abuse of children and the criminal use of communication facility following an investigation by the Bensalem Police Department. According to the criminal complaint, while operating in an undercover capacity Bensalem Detectives Joseph Sciscio and Kevin Cornish downloaded 20 files of child sex abuse from an Internet Protocol address registered to Wisniewski. The complaint also said the two detectives, along with officers from Upper Southampton, served a search warrant on the house where Wisniewski lives …
