Hatboro man charged in theft of vehicle from outside an Upper Southampton gym last week.
A Hatboro man has been charged with multiple felonies after police say he stole a Chevy Suburban parked outside of Retro Fitness last week. Brandyn Marcarian, 26, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of automobiles, driving with a suspended license and providing false identification to law enforcement. Police said the charges stem from the theft of a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban from the parking lot of the Hampton Square Shopping Center on April 8. According to the arrest affidavit, the owner of the Suburban parked her car in the lot, then hung her keys on the hooks near the office of Retro Fitness while she worked out. She told police that when she finished her workout, both her keys and her car were missing. …

Thefts from Vehicles Various locations Wednesday, April 10, Sometime Overnight Police are investigating 12 separate reports of thefts from unlocked cars that occurred sometime overnight, Tuesday into Wednesday. The thefts occurred on W. Maple Drive, E. Maple Drive, Woodland Drive, Central Avenue, Hillside Drive, Manor Drive, and Rose Avenue. Stolen items include a laptop computer, a men's ring, varying amounts of cash, a men's watch, medications and an iPod. The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Theft from Car 900 Block of Willow Street Sometime between 5 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. on Friday Various power and hand tools were reported stolen from an unlocked 2004 Ford F-250. Estimated value of loss: $2,385. Stolen Car 400 Block of Tabor Avenue Sometime between 9 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. on Friday A white 1999 Ford Taurus with PA tags HRK-1171 and a Jesus bumper sticker on the rear bumper was stolen from outside a residence. The keys were inside of the car.

The following information was provided by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Attempted Burglary 1800 Block of Bustleton Pike Approximately 1 p.m., Thursday, March 31. A Resident of the 1800 Block of Bustleton Pike reported seeing an unfamiliar car in the driveway. Upon checking further, the resident say a white male, 30, wearing a light blue jacket trying to remove a screen from the rear bathroom window.
