Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct Citations Issued

Police cited two individuals during separate incidents.

The following information was provided by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Public Drunkenness Southampton Shopping Center Friday, March 22, 8 p.m. A 48-year-old Churchville man was cited for public drunkenness outside of the Southampton Shopping Center   Disorderly Conduct Street Road and Willopenn Drive Saturday, March 23, 4:30 a.m. A 24-year-old Bensalem man was cited for disorderly conduct following a traffic stop.

Thief Steals Entire Bathroom From Construction Site

  The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.   Theft  Unit Block of Stephenson Way Wednesday, July 25 A construction supervisor reported that sometime overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday someone stole a sink, toilet, faucets and other plumbing supplies from a home under construction. Estimated loss: $2000.   False Reports to Law Enforcement Street and Gravel Hill Roads Wednesday, July 25, 5:15 p.m. Amber Weber, 22, of Bensalem, allegedly provided false information to police regarding a car accident at Street and Gravel Hill Roads. The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Fraud 300 block of Coldspring Road Tuesday, April 24 A resident reported to police that someone made unauthorized charges to their Visa credit card account over the past month. The resident is in possession of the card.   Public Drunkenness 600 Block of Knowles Avenue Tuesday, April 24, 8:15 p.m. Brian McManus, 34, of Southampton was cited for Public Drunkenness.

The following information was provided by the Upper Southampton Police Department:   Burglary 900 Block of Madison Avenue Tuesday, July 26, sometime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. A resident reported that someone forced open a first-floor bathroom window, entered their home and stole an undetermined amount of cash.   Wanted Person 900 Block of Madison Ave. Tuesday, July 26, 1:30 p.m. Wayne Barone, 47, of Southampton, was taken into custody after a records check revealed an outstanding warrant for a probation and parole violation out of Philadelphia.
