Warminster Man Arrested Following Alleged Sexual Assault
According to police, a woman reported that her neighbor attempted to assault her Monday.
Police arrested a Warminster man Monday evening after a neighbor said he sexually assaulted her. Augustin Dominguez-Duran, 40, of the 100 Block of East Street Road, was charged with attempted sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault. Police said the victim was able to "bluff" Dominguez-Duran and escape from the attack Monday morning. According to police the victim immediately reported the incident, and Dominguez-Duran was taken into custody Monday evening. Dominguez-Duran was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge William Benz. He taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu $50,000 bail. A hearing date has not been set.
