Upper Southampton Police arrested two men in separate incidents on Wednesday.

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest: Wanted Person 1700 Street Road Wednesday, Feb. 13, 11:57 a.m. A 28-year-old Fallisington man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sherrif's deputies. Arrest: Theft Street and Davisville Roads Wednesday, Feb. 13, 4:35 p.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly took a car from family members several days earlier. Police said they spotted him driving the car, stopped him and then arrested and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of controlled substances and DUI. He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.

The driver involved in a crash on Street Road Saturday morning was also wanted on an outstanding warrant, according to Upper Southampton Police.

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest Second Street Pike and Street Road Saturday, Feb. 9, 9:19 a.m. A 28-year-old Warrington woman was arrested and charged with DUI following a minor accident Saturday. Police said the driver was found to be wanted by the Bucks County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding bench warrant. Citation 200 block of Charles Street Sunday, Feb. 10, 5:37 p.m. A 25-year-old Philadelphia man was cited for disorderly conduct. Fraud 1200 block of Whitney Road Monday, Feb. 11. A resident reported someone had attempted to make unauthorized purchases with their Wells Fargo credit card online. The bank allerted the card holder and the transactions were stopped.

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Criminal Mischief Frank's Service Center 645 Knowles Avenue Sometime between Friday, Jan. 25 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 27 at 11 a.m. Service center owner reported two vans that had been left overnight for service were found with broken passenger windows. Unknown value of damage. Underage Drinking 1700 block of Street Road Sunday, Jan. 27, 1:30 a.m. Three 19-year-olds from Philadelphia were charged with underage possession and transportation of alcoholic beverages following a traffic stop on Street Road. Charges will proceed as a summary citation.

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Arrest Street and Davisville Roads Thursday, Jan. 24, 2:06 a.m. Jason Bonnel, 22, of Edison, NJ, was stopped for an equipment violation on Street Road when it was discovered that he was wanted in Union County, NJ for Posession of Dangerous Drugs. Police said a subsequent search of Bonnel's car revealed drug paraphernalia. Bonnel was arraigned by Judge Benz on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge and Fugitive from Justice charge. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The following information was supplied by the Upper Southampton Police Department: Criminal Mischief Redwood Village Shopping Center Sometime between 1:30 and 6 p.m. on Monday, January, 21. Police received a report that someone had shot a pellet gun into the cloth-top roof of a car parked in the Redwood Village Shopping Center on Second Street Pike. The value of the damage is unknown.

Estimated value of loss: $2,385. Stolen Car 400 Block of Tabor Avenue Sometime between 9 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. on Friday A white 1999 Ford Taurus with PA tags HRK-1171 and a Jesus bumper sticker on the rear bumper was stolen from outside a residence. The keys were inside of the car.

The Upper Southampton Township Police Department will be conducting roving D.U.I. patrols between the hours of 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21. The patrols will take place on various roadways within the township, notably those that have had a high rate of D.U.I. related traffic arrests and D.U.I. crashes. Officers will also be on the look out for aggressive drivers and equipment violations. Before drinking and driving motorists should consider that Pennsylvania’s DUI laws prescribe a legal limit of .08% blood alcohol concentration (BAC). While DUI is a misdemeanor offense, penalties can range from a $300 fine with six months probation all the way up to fines of $5000 with prison sentences of up to 5 years. Sentences can include …

If you hear a knock on the door this afternoon, don't be surprised to find a little ghost or goblin on the other side. Following the power outages plaguing the township in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, Upper Southampton Police Chief Ron MacPherson suggested that parents refrain from sending their children trick-or-treating on Halloween. Trick-or-treating will take place in Southampton from 3 to 6 p.m on Saturday. Throughout the afternoon, police officers will be stationed in various locations around the township handing out treat bags filled with coupons donated by local businesses and snacks from their patrol cars.

Neighbors in the area of Miller Drive and Williams Drive called police Tuesday evening to report "a suspicious man knocking on doors." The man had reportedly been seen wandering aimlessly through the neighborhood for several hours, knocking on the doors of various residences. One resident told Patch of his experience with the individual: "It was strange. He knocked, I answered, and then when I asked him what he wanted, he really didn't seem to know. I felt like the entire time he was talking to me he was looking past me, eyeing up the contents of my house."
