Gravel Hill Road was closed between Bustleton Pike and Street Road for several hours Friday evening as multiple fire departments battled a house fire.
The blaze broke out around 6:30 p.m. in a home on the 1300 block of Gravel Hill Road.
Firefighters from Southampton, Trevose, Warminster, Northampton, Lower Southampton and Feasterville Fire Companies worked for nearly an hour to extinguish the fire, which consumed most of the house and caused the roof to collapse.
According to Upper Southampton Fire Marshal Mark Showmaker there is no word on any injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
