Time to Spring Forward

Daylight Saving Time begins 2 a.m. Sunday.

It's that time of the year again.

Before you go to bed tonight, don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead, as Daylight Saving Time officially starts at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 13.

While it is widely debated as to where the idea originated, Daylight Saving Time was not made an official practice in the U.S. until Congress passed the Uniform Time Act in 1966.
