Two unauthorized withdraws were made from a customer's account at the ATM machine. One was at this branch and the other was made at the Souderton branch.

 

Fraud

Friday, Feb. 10

Two unauthorized withdraws were made from a customer's account at the ATM machine. One was at this branch and the other was made at the Souderton branch.

 

Criminal Mischief

1700 block of McNelis Drive

Friday, Feb. 10

Someone smashed the windshield of a car parked outside of a home on the 1700 block of McNelis Drive sometime overnight Thursday into Friday.

 

Wanted Person

Street Road

Friday, Feb. 10, 4:30 p.m.

Gerald Crawley, 27, of Bristol, was riding in a car that was stopped on Street Road. Police discovered Crawley was wanted in Shenandoah, PA on robbery charges. Crawley also faces local charges for Possession of Controlled Substances at the time of the traffic stop. Crawley was taken to Bucks County Correctional Facility to await extradition.

 

Burglary

, 365 Street Road

Sunday, Feb. 12, 10:45 p.m.

Police responded to an alarm at Sunbelt Rentals to discover that the side door had been smashed and two chop saws, valued at $1700, were missing from the store.

 

Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness 

, 765 Second Street Pike

Friday, Feb. 10, 8 p.m.

Francisco Ulises Olvera, 35, of Philadelphia, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, stemming from a fight at Las Margaritas Restaurant Friday evening.

 

All parties mentioned above are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
