Three streets in southampton will be prepped for new blacktop in the upcoming months. A total of four are expected to be repaved over the summer.

The Upper Southampton Board of Supervisors recently awarded a contract for the milling of several township streets.

Harris Blacktop, Inc. will prepare the entire lengths of Rozel Avenue, Springfield Road and Grove Avenue to be repaved this summer. The Yardley-based paving company was awarded the contract for a bid of $28,394.

The township's will then pave the roads after milling is complete.
