Reported Drug Overdose at William Tennent High School

A group of students was taken from the school by ambulance this afternoon.

Emergency services were dispatched to the nurse’s office at William Tennent High School just after 1 p.m. this afternoon, following reports of a drug overdose.

One student was transported from the school by ambulance at approximately 1:35 p.m.

A second ambulance arrived on scene minutes before the first ambulance departed. A group of approximately four students was escorted out of the school to the second ambulance and entered the second ambulance on their own volition.

The second ambulance left the high school parking lot at approximately 1:45 p.m.

As of 2 p.m., an unmarked police car and a Warminster Police Department squad car remain parked outside of the high school.
